Even if you don't check her in, star hotels have cameras everywhere and they can prove to the cops that the woman came here willingly and went up to the room willingly.

Also, all star hotels have dealt with these situations before. Their security teams and management teams are well versed in this. You are not the first person to be scammed in a hotel.

Sorry you went through this. I had faced something similar, so I have some knowledge of this. My learning:

If she is booked with you in the same hotel room, she cannot call cops, as she will have to explain why she was in the room with you. Cops may be corrupt, but they are not idiots. They will know exactly who she is. Seeing a prostitute is not a crime. The girl will be harassed more than you. Cops cannot even investigate a complaint unless it is a cognizable offense. (e.g Rape, stalking), which will not be applicable when she has willingly come to your hotel room. What will she tell the cops? That she's a working girl and the client has not paid?

Ideally, check her in with you. That's proof she has taken a conscious decision to meet you. If she isn't checked in, you met her on a dating app. (keep screenshot of her profile and chat). She met you for a drink (make sure you are seen) and decided to hook up. If you publicly call someone a prostitute you can be booked. Let people infer that.

Keep screenshot of the chat, where there is proof she is seeking money for sex (e.g my charges are...) and performs explicit deeds. Don't retain the part where you have agreed to anything. That way, if she deletes the chat, you have proof. If she threatens to call the cops, tell her you will file charges of a false case, criminal intimidation and extortion. You are going to leave town but she will be tied up in the police case for years.

Use either a star hotel, or one where you are a known guest, so the hotel will protect you and not help her. The reputed hotels know what to do in such cases
If I am a visitor to the city, I prefer not to meet local girls, who may have connections in the city. Its not possible to verify what thy tell you, but the chat before the meet, should give some clues.

I don't pay every girl I meet 50 K. I pay what I think they deserve. If the girl is well educated and presentable and articulate, my budget gets bigger. In India, I find a lot of girls are ones I do not want to be seen with, at the kind of places I like to hang out in.

Very sad to hear what you went through. I would say - Never trust anyone who has created her profile 1-2 days back. In this case. I can see she created her profile on Jan 28 and you posted on Jan 31. Such new profiles have a higher chance of scamming. My $0.02 advice.

She shares very hot pics of hers on Tg and that kind of freezes your brain. She is nowhere close to 22 and is a total nutcase. She claimed her husband was abusive and she has a child for whom she is fighting custody. Showed me pictures as well. Not sure how true but the bottomline is. Avoid at all costs.

Its really sad and painful to read your ordeal. I was in this situation once, but I realised a scammer can never call cops, she can just create scene nothing more.

If you are booked in a non reputed hotel, Rs 1000 to the check-in guy can give the girl your name. Don't write your complete address in the check-in register.

If she looks you up on social media (she can match the name to a pic) and your profile is open, a blackmailer can get access to your relatives (facebook) or professional contacts (linkedin).

Make sure all your social media is visible only to people whose invites you accept AND even if they do, they can't see your contacts. Don't accept invites from beautiful girls you don't know.

So, I went to Delhi and Bombay for a 5 day pleasure trip.

Here are a few observations in general for SA in Indian.

- A lot of the SA girls use fake pics and they are ridiculously fake. Like a fat girl using a skinny model pic kinda fake.

- You want relatively new profiles. A lot of the newer profiles will generally be girls who are not yet jaded or trying things out for the first time.

- Chatting is a hassle but take your time. I messaged over 100 girls on SA and ended up chatting on TG with about 30/40 of them. And finally met 4.

- Stick to your budget. Keep negotiations minimal. No one (client or lady) like hard negotiations and one person will always feel like the negotiations ended up screwing them..

It's understandable that no one wants to deal with the coppers in such situation but bro 1 lakh is huge. Should have either just told her okay we can do 1 lakh a month and play along for a while then make an excuse and leave giving her some cash and telling her you would give her the rest next time or in installments.

Or you could have just stood your ground if you are not from the city and check out of the hotel right then and there and told the scammer ho to go call the coppers. Unless the coppers are in on the scam no way the scammer ho is going to call the coppers because with the coppers you could.

Have gotten away from them paying them 10-15 k bribe at most but those coppers would have extracted much more out of the kat of the scammer ho that night. So unless the coppers get a share from the scammer ho, she would be the one in much serious trouble than you.

Very important to vet these Kats before meeting them. Always have everything on chat, keep screenshots and meet them before hand outside the hotel first in a coffee shop or bar. Talk to them for a while and if you think they are cool only thek check in with them.

I once had this kachrina girl from Ukraine all tempting me to book a hotel and she would come there to my hotel room. I told her to meet me first at the coffee shop in the hotel. She was not ready to do so but finally agreed. Once we met she was in a hurry to get to the room, I knew something was off and kept chit chatting there for 20 minutes while she kept getting impatient and kept msging on her phone. I made an excuse that I had to leave gave her a 1000 rs as cab fare and said sorry let's meet tomorrow. From her eyes I could tell she knew that I knew that she's a scammer and that I'm not going to meet her. Later on I saw her go outside of the hotel and straight away sit in a car and leave. Some dude was already below waiting in the car with her.

The scammers already have these girls hooked on with their bait. You got to play tough with them, stand your ground if you are not from the city or just play around with words and get away from the kat if you are meeting a kat in your city.

And please bro don't pay 1 lakh to these scammer hos or any kat. No pussykat is worth that much money. Not even if that kat happens to be your mrs. I was married to I know this, these females just have a hole with soft skin at most nothing more to it. Some have a smelly hole at that too LOL. No whole is worth 1 lakh.
