Thanks for the reply Ramesh. The switch bait or sending 10 years old photo is the biggest problems with SPs, even if we keep the promise of service aside. If it has been happening in the last few months, it culd be bcos of payment gateways. RBI came up with a ruling where they said that international payment gateways also need to register in India and need to have the OTP verification for payments made to them in INR. Have face this issue with many gateways, even google play amd cloud services. Don't have first hand exp of tinder, but try calling your bank immediately aftwr your paymwnt gets declined, they will ask you if you are ok to take the risk and bank is not liable etc etc, tell them yes, and remember to set an upper limit on international transations on your account.
