Open a new bank account. Link it to a new SIM. You can set up a UPI ID which does not give a clue about your name.

Pay online through the bank UPI or Gpay etc (linked to that account).
I do online transfers as it gives proof that I've paid, in case things go south.

Met her once in person but had to cancel the deed as she demanded more. It depends on your personal preference my friend. If you are not worried about leaving a trail on your account statement, then I would recommend paying online. I personally always pay online as it ensures that you have a proof of paying any chick for the deed. It can certainly help if things go south and girls tries to scam you by saying that you took advantage of her. Though that rarely happens, but it gives you some peace of mind. You also have her chats and call records stating that you paid her for sex. However, the disadvantage of that is the entry on your account statement, which can be a bit problematic if other family members also have access to that. One advice. Always pay the chick once the deed is done. Most of the SA girls who are genuine, don't ask for money before the act.
