I speak porto after a fashion.

It is just the days on end, like 4 days a week with a 20 or 21 year old where she wants to listen to only brazilian music or watch a brazilian novella series all fkn day long that I have to put the headset on and rock some springsteen or listen to english youtube.

You've been in Brazil for 1300 days which is 3. 5 years.

You should be way above "after a fashion" level of porto.

If you were in Brazil for 3 months I would understand that level but 3. 5 years is stereotype american gringo level.

I know a british guy who moved to Brazil 4 years ago, is married and lives in rio and has great porto skills.

I also know a venezuela girl who grew up speaking spanish, moved to Canada to work and learned english, got stuck in Brazil during covid and stayed and made a business and learned porto fluently in 2 years so it is very doable to learn porto especially in a country with very friendly locals.

So I would not use felipe rat to learn porto because clearly it aint done ya nuthing two gud (look I'm using kodak black to learn English!

OK, you asked for information that was readily available. You get a reply to, you don't like because it was inferred that the answer was so easily acquired without effort. Then you want to call out names. This is why some Senior Members do not like to answer forum questions (and I am about to add my name to that list) especially from the uninitiated.

People want help but don't want to help themselves first by putting just a little work. Then get uppity when the answer (the important part) is not phrased the way you/they expect it. I do not enjoy telling people if they just searched, they would be able to find information (especially on this forum for which plenty of information can be acquired if people just RTFF) on the contrary I am just stating the facts. I answered because I want to help members. Now I wish I had not answered based on your response (that now may be my attitude in the future). But in this day and age it's just easy to be lazy and ask away. Unless you're trolling for basic answers for questions you don't truly know the answers to, then you should show gratitude no matter how the answer is phrased.

I created a username for the site, created another username to be able to post on the forums, didn't count but maybe wrote 100 hundred words or so. I ran across a couple of posts of people spelling it TangEra and in turn that's how I was searching it. I see now it's TangAra thanks to a couple of good people who replied without the sassiness. As someone who is in Brazil at this moment on my 7th visit, I can honestly say EVERYTHING you have posted here is so wrong. I will address your statements individually.

I see some of the same energy that has been showing up in recent months in the Medellin section. I don't really know what to make of it. I will offer my outsider's perspective. It seems weird to me that guys are on here comparing passport stamps and number of visits. Somebody who asks for help should not have to sort through that sort of thing to get to input about distances, costs, and safety considerations. To be fair, I did not see specific questions so that's the deal, you get back what you give. It is heavy lifting to respond to should I or shouldn't I open ended questions. So anyway, somebody mentioned Salvador. My impression of the place is that there is an organized group that works the areas where tourists congregate with the usual hustles. Some of them I noticed don't mind getting aggressive but they back down to a firm "no." I like it as a short break from the Sao Paulo routine.

I met another ISG member who came to Brazil for the first time last September and we're going to party again in March with other members I've met before during my last 3 trips.

He was on the fence about going to Brazil but he read the forum, saw the fun that could be had and took the plunge and he said it was the best trip he's ever had and now we're going to do it all over again and better.

There is no incentive for members to convince you to come to sao paulo or Brazil.

In fact it's better if we tell you to scram so there's less competition and more good girls available.

Sao paulo will survive with or without new people coming in as it's a financial capital of Brazil so people are flying in and out constantly as well as being the biggest city in Brazil and south america.

This will be my 6th trip to Brazil this March and it's gotten better each time.

Only pioneers dare venture these concrete jungles.

I agree with the fact that it's nobody job to convince you to come either come or don't. But I wholeheartedly disagree with the it's better if you don't come because it's less competition mentality. Brazil is full of beautiful women. That's the beauty of that country. It's more then enough to go around for everyone. No need to have a scarcity mentality and view other brothers as competition.

Be careful with that. Remember the person in the Bogota thread that registered his guest and she was able to come back another day and the front desk gave her a key because she was registered.

Not only that, but she may tell staff she can no longer open the safe. If she is registered, the contents of the safe may as well be hers as yours.
