Must have been a stray bullet. There is no reason why they would be involved. The police have allowed the dealers to operate to freely in the Zona.

I notice a lot of guys walk around fucking with their phones on the streets. Not sure if that is a good idea. Not only do you lose situational awareness. A shooter may misunderstood your phone to be a camera filming the shooting. And the next thing you know, you wake up in the hospital with a hole in you (if you are lucky).

Quite a few dealers on that side of Constitucion, even an old woman. Apparently they were not sanctioned by Sinaloa cartel, so they are shot dead.

I have seen 2 guys shot dead in the bar next to Libra parking, one inside and one on the street. An old guy was shot dead in front of the barber shop. One was shot in the leg by policias in front of Ibiza ect.

These are street dealers earning $50 a day max, but willing to risk their lives for it.

A female got shot and killed across from La Malquerida. She wasn't a "paradita" one report says she was a candy seller. Guy went up and shot her twice and ran to a taxi libre and was gone.

Just a few days before they had another guy get shot and killed in front of Bar Delicious again.

San Ysidro needs more police Make a police report. This way the police will be at least aware of increased crime in San Ysidro.

Now I see on Facebook friend suggestions she's an American living in Florida married to an American who took her and the 4 kids in.
