Yes, if you need for one night, then Goibibo or Booking.com will do. I prefer Goibibo more because the reviews are more and frank as compared to Booking.com which has lesser reviews. But the problem with booking.com is that it's a third party aggregate, so sometimes, you may not get hotel room because actual vacancy will be occupied, but they maybe showing vacancy in their portal. To avoid that, book through Goibibo because it will show actual vacancy without any errors. If you need good suggestions near Paharganj then do let me know, because that area is basically my den whenever I visit Delhi for mongering.

First of all always check the phone number with country code, hers is +63 which is Filipino. She is definitely not Spanish. You can ask her too I think on chat. 15 k, I think you can bring it down to 10-12 k. In Aerocity I try to pay around 10 k to 14 k. I don't know if it is right amount or not. Though I have only visited twice. Once I paid 10 k in pullman and once I paid 14 k in Novotel.
