If they open ever again, after months. How bad are the maseros gona be? I wouldn't even want to walk in for at least 5 months after they open. Even during covid they still had their hotel bar and job opprtunities. Mexixo is very strict with hiring foreigners without working papers. In fact most countries are only isa encourages it.

Adelita is still close today. A bouncer told me may be next week; a mesero at HK told me they shut them down because of the colombianas and venezolanas worked there. Pathetic like Labrador who was in Tijuana today.

I concur. Fall-out of the pandemic; with no real or dating options or mingling (a chick proposed a zoom date once. Nope! I rediscovered ZN and started to frequent more regularly to get the poison out. I even managed to notice the increase of number of people. And beforehand, I was only a casual visitor.

I opted for Demonican Republic, Land of the Big Boobs, 6 X during the covid bullshit. An apt choice. Those chicas were HUNGRY! Cheers.

I mostly agree. And some of us "rediscovered" Tijuana after being denied Asian pussy for 3 years. IMO BBFS is probably the main reason people like me go to Asia instead of Tijuana. That and 85 pound spinners and thus variety of pussy abroad. Next is cost which is also very painful now. Including opportunity costs. Asia needs about 10 day min commitment. More usually 2 or 3 weeks. And Tijuana can be done on a weekend.

When was Las Chavela acquired by HK? Before the pandemic I would occasionally go two ZN like twice a year when flying out of Tijuana airport, and from what I recall, it was still it's own, independent entity. After the jab became available, I headed down just to get the poison out and Chavelas had come a part of HK.

Chavelas has been part of the HK chain since the last century. There used to be 3 bars in the area, all owned by the same family: HK, Las Chavelas and Miami bar.

I very sincerely believe (someone may diagree) that due to the pandemic and not being able to fly anywhere for awhile + all the restrictions on flying when air travel started back that Tijuana Zona became discovered. What fly half way around the world or even to CR or CO when it is right there in the backyard close, relatively safe and with top talent for low dinero?

And now with inflation and airfares so high adds even more demand there.

It has always been of the HK group, just like Tropical and Malquerida.

I think they own most of the bars in Tijuana. I've seen HK buckets in Siete de Copa, Latinos bar, and a few others. It always surprised me seeing the HK buckets in these various clubs.

So them closing was definitely a loss of fun in Zona Norte. But look how many guys fill up all these places, hk, las chacelas, hk expansion. Where the hell did these people come from? 6 yrs ago they weren't hear and nobody was in Chicago club. Seems like two to 3 times as many guys go down to zona now compared to 6 years ago.

It's possible HK can buy Adelita club, hotel and.... that church in between. (Girls will be a convenient place to confess all their sins hehehe). But I think competition with the Hong Kong club would be good if Adelita had a different owner, different music, different girls, different drinks and prices etc. I'm also curious what will happen next with Adelita.

Well like you said it would be good if things were different. But the issue is all the bars follow Hong Kong lead. So it doesn't really matter what happnes to adelitas. Its not as if the guys were getting cheaper fichas, beers, or sex. The day hk raises prices in fich or sex, all the bars follow through within 34 minutes. The woman in adelitas are good enough to work in hk. Yes they are not as hot over all but all the woman in adelitas would be as good looking as hk bottom 20%. Does anyone know who owns HK bar. I heard there is many partners that own it? I personally believe that many of the bars in the Zona are owned by the cartels and are money laundering operations. It is hard to justify how much many of the clubs like Desa have spent on the signs and fronts of the building!!
