You must take PEP within 72 hours from exposure. TLD is one of the modern PEP medicines and is to be taken a single pill per day for 28 days. Cost is around 4000 but you may get it with Rs. 2000 having 50% discount. Viropil is the brand name. Google says it is about 80% effective but in reality, for sexual expisure, it is 100% effective if you don't miss any single dose. Try to take the medicine at the same time every day for 28 days. But one hour variation is okay. For professinal exposure it is more than 90% effective if you taje it properly.
If you took it within 72 hours, you are fully safe. TLD does not have any setious side effects. PEP is available at the emergency Department of any big government hospital at free of cost.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The doctor also shared the similar statistics but put me on Pep as I was very anxious.

Posts: 135The answer is a big 'NO'. You have actually no risk at all. I have been performing DATY for last 20 years on more than 1200 girls (believe me).

Getting HIV is very difficult and only possible if you are extremely lucky (yes, lucky) and that also only be possible if you are engaged in rimming for a lot of times. I test myself from Surakshya, The test cost around 900 for HIV 1 and 2 antigen antibody test. Be calm and enjoy yourself. But, taking protection is always desirable. As I am 50 now and if I got infected HIV today, I can easily pass my days as a normal person with modern ART treatment in next 40 years.

Posts: 6HSV Test Advise | What should I do? Is it safe to have sex?
Dear All,
I need advise on the report I received for Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Test.
Apparently there are 2 Tests, I. E. IgG and IgM.
HSV IgG 2.57 (Reactive) - Doctor says it is an Old Infection that has built Antibodies, these are basically the antibodies, do I have to do anything here?
HSV IgM 0.31 (Non Reactive) No New Infection.
I have never got any blisters or any symptoms of Herpes, is this going to affect me? Is it safe to have Sex, will it get transmitted?
Anyone else got similar test results?
Would like to know.
Thanks,
Doctor Gray (P. S: Not a Real Doctor).

Is she's a WG in India, you have to use protection at all costs. Only exception for high end escorts, maybe college going or middle class educated girls. Everyone else including housewives and so on need protection.

Hi folks,
Over the years, I have performed DATY on a few girls. Only if they are hygienic, shaved without smell, rashes etc. After the act I have been careful to use mouthwash Listerine etc. Nowadays I am worried about hiv risk and take inputs of fellow mongers who are into DATY. How risky is this? Have you gotten tested?

Posts: 164Been there, done that. Don't worry
Firstly you don't need to worry. Its nothing. First time I had sex, the BJ was with condom on, and I fucked her missionary with condom too. She was a prostitute, who had a pussy that had been in business for a while. I came home, and started feeling itching on skin, and knees and elbows. I got super scared, booked a appointment with a gynec. He made me take STD tests and it was all negative. He said it probably is skin infection, which goes by itself. That was the first time. Second time, and third time this happened too. But as the experience increased, the body adapted and now I don't have anything. Most of the skin infections go away by themsleves in few days or weeks. You can meet skin docs, they will prescribe cream and that is it. You don't have to worry. Nothing comes to you if you have protected stuff. I feel like your case and mine is very alike.
Also the burning happened to me too. I googled it, went to a doc next door and told him I had UTI. He gave me meds, but it was all useless. My doc in USA, said he didn't know what happened but he said UTI in men is extremely uncommon. Whatever reaction I had wasn 't a big deal and it goes away. You sound like a young me, and you probably are annoyed. Don't be LOL.
