I have faced situations where gateman have returned me back from gates reason given was people sit and don't order. I told them I will order but did not allow. Similar issue I have faced with some hotels in Pattaya where they refused to take in Indian person. Some uncouth Indians have given us a bad reputation in most of the countries so we suffer.

So many types and at various price levels; you will get confused as to whom to leave and whom to fuck. Just be respectful and do not haggle much over few hundred Baht's.
