Thanks for your point of view bro. Europe is out of budget, I have 1 L all inclusive and don't think Germany can be done. I did thought about Vietnam as well, but again to your point, langauge and LE could be an issue. Another country is Philippines, but again not 100% sure if it will work. Thailand is vast and I have not been to Phuket and other areas.

But the debate stands, Delhi or Pattaya (or any other country). Long lines and high ticket costs will be a factor for any country.
