Tadalafil claims to start acting in 30 minutes or so and last for 36 hours.

Not sure whether you are looking for a cure for ED or PE. Without these details difficult to recommend anything. Also if it's not a onetime thing that you are looking for then better to visit a doctor instead of self medication. Lifestyle, food habits, stress. Lot of factors plays behind ED and PE.
