I have noticed this at most branches of P spa. Not all the men at the lobby are customers. They generally have 4-5 of their men staff at most branches loitering around. Mostly housekeeping staff and some random helper staff.

Also if you have to wait, in most cases it's not because all the therapists are jumping somewhere else. Mostly it is because they don't have a free room. All P spa branches have way more girls than rooms. So it's always best to call and go. Although the Golpark branch is very small and especially bad. And that has been discussed here many times.

And also remember you only get what you pay for. I don't think the or 1500 you can find anything better in Kolkata. About dedication and zeal, that really depends on the girl. Most girls at P spa are on monthly salary of 10-20 k doing a full time job that they don't really love but just doing it for the money. So unless you build a connection with any of the girls, it's mostly a place for wham bam thank you mam.

Yes I've been to Osmo recently. I've had varied experiences there, and nowadays there aren't too many therapists. However I've found the rooms and showers to be pretty decent (carrying your own towel would be a good idea). Counter charges there are 1600 for an hour. What you pay inside depends on your bargaining skills. I usually pay 2. 5 k for FS, although it can probably be brought down to 2 k.

Word of advice. Only choose Thais at Osmo. I have had bad experience there with locals.

Many of my friends go to merge. The best thing is to have a proper conversation with the reception lady there and tell her about your exact requirements. Generally I don't suggest taking membership in spas but you can take here because you will be saving a hell of a lot on cost and the girls are of a standard as well. Or else it will cost you 2. 5 k counter itself. You can take a membership for 4 sessions which will cost you 1. 5 k per counter which is much more reasonable. You can also talk with reception lady about what you will pay for extras (keep it between 2-2. 5) and she will select that girl for you at that very rate and inform you exactly how much you need to pay for extras. So no bargaining and time wastage inside, direct to deed. One more tip- Go for the 90 minutes session because the massage is also good unlike the namesake ones and you can enjoy a nice massage with FS with no time constraint. And since you are new also be aware of few jokers here issuing empty threats begging for VFM profiles (because in reality they don't have any themselves) and promoting GPS bitches here trying very hard to decide for everyone what adds value to this forum and what does not (eventually they will fail though) because they have been exposed big time.
