I've discovered a new benefit of walking around town / getting a drink / playing pool while on an LT- it's much easier to leisurely scope ladies at various locations. My guess would be that 30% of the Pattaya economy is subsidized by startup capital that is never re-couped. There is an endless supply of Farangs willing to blow their savings in order to live the Pattaya dream and become the next Bryan Flowers. This will never not be the case.
