In my experience, it is possible to take the girl to the room without ID in many of the Aerocity five star hotels. There are restaurants on the same floor as the reception and so you can meet for dinner or a cup of coffee at the restaurant and gently walk to the elevator with your date. Most of the lobbies are pretty crowded throughout the day and no one would generally notice people coming out of restaurants.

But, the question is: Do you really want to do that and why? If nothing untoward requiring law enforcement intervention happens during your stay, no one is going to come checking after you to find out who else was with you in the hotel room overnight even if the girl is recorded as your companion in the logs. But, if someone is really watching you, it doesn't matter whether the girl checks in at the reception or not. There are cameras everywhere these days and anyone who has access to the recording can see who went with whom and to which room. It is much safer however, to ask the girl to register because then she cannot say you took her to the room by force or under the influence of drugs.

The other option is to book two rooms one for you and one for the girl and see if you can get rooms next to each other. Either you both open the connecting doors without the hotel staff involvement or you just go over to her room or vice versa. Note that if the girl creates problems, the outcome is still going to be bad for us guys.
