That's a very reasonable list of expectations for a co-monger. I'd so be there but can't justify the travel time when I've got Nogales and Tijuana relatively nearby. I do want to visit Juarez though at some point to cross it off my border town list. I've only got it, Algodones and San Luis Rio Colorado to go aside from some Texas border towns such as Acuna, Reynosa and Matamoros.

BEST to walk over with confidence alone or in a small group with purpose and wearing hats and and know at least basic Spanish and be confident using it.
