Its been about 5 years since my last trip to Medellin. I was planning a post-Covid return. Been reading the forum a bit.

I don't see any mention of the Medellin Mansion anymore. Is it still operating? IF so, has it changed in some way? Back in the day, at least a third of the discussion on the Medellin forum was about the Mansion.

I realize that this question may come off as clueless if its old news. But I love that place. I hope it didn't close.

The pandemic era itself was not so bad really. My major regret was having spent more time than is ideal reading the Blakman / Slapshot back and forth. Just kidding, that was good fun too. I can remember laughing about guys having a go at them and the rest of us who were here for everything from spending too little or too much, spreading coronavirus, and even being asked to prove we were really here. These days, I have more than enough fun that I don't spend much time reminiscing about past glory. I've had plenty of great times here going back to the days of the 1800 pesos to the USD and I look forward to lots more good times in the years to come.

Across from the San Antonio Exito is the La Oriental Mall next to the main police station. Upstairs has 3-4 different dentist offices with a place that can do all the X-rays in the same building. Even that International Smiles place does not have X-ray equipment.

FYI International Smiles tried to more than double my implant cost when it was time to put them in!

Clearly, you don't know ALL the safety tips. Why the hell are you going out to clubs or venues (foreign) with your credit cards. Most credit cards you can lock. Lock all CC before going out or simply don't bring them. Majority of cards you can do a limit on daily withdrawal. Only take cash. Photo copy passport and leave somewhere else safe. Like a safe or under TV. IPhones are not easily hackable. You can always have a shit debit / credit card with 50 $ on it. Any girl that approaches I am on HIGH alert. If you go on an APP.
