You were lucky. I didn't have a great time in Cuernavaca. I stayed in Zona Central and girls didn't want to come to the hotel, not even taxis. I went to Divas and got an expensive threesome but totally worth it; I also tried formerly Amazonas (now Erotica, I thing) got a nice handjob from a 19 year old. It's better to go to MTY or CDMX for mongering. In CDMX I met a girl from Cuernavaca and she said it's better for her just to go for 2 days to CDMX than work in Cuernavaca.

Posts: 637Unfortunately I do not remember, we got there last minute and we couldn't book a hotel since most of them were full. We just went to some random one. From what I was told since you like to visit strip clubs, a lot of the action is in Jiutepec but take caution it is a bit rough. Nonetheless, Cuernavaca has a university for nurses so expect young college women so a bucket of beers and tipping your mesero will work outside the strip joints for regular chicas.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this place, aside from being 1. 5 hours away from Mexico there are plenty of young thin and good looking gals. They come in agencies and independents but there are so many I almost have 100 twitter accounts. I went there last year with a friend and he had no issue bringing a chica to the hotel. She was thin and very good looking, just an FYI for those who want to travel outside of CDMX. Also I found some escorts in Puebla and some in Queretaro but it's in the works.

Thanks for the info on Chihuahua. It's report #121, BTW. Interesting that "meseros" were a helpful source. Further down from your report, someone else mentioned that he had a good time at a casa near the center. I live in Denver and they have inexpensive flights non stop to Chi a few days per week. Problem is it's Volaris, a vexing airline to be sure. Also, as an FYI to others, I recently read that the Copper Canyon train no longer starts in Chihuahua but you have take a bus to Creel to start the journey.

Sorry to hear your trip didn't have as many ladies as you would of liked. I hope others realize how honest you are with all your information as many guys wouldn't admit to getting played by a girl. The only thing I ever knew about Zacatecas is that its famous for silver.

Thanks for the non-recommendation on Zacatecas. I never pay up front for that very reason you mention though I have to admit it's due to the poor service potential rather than someone totally disappearing into the night. Ouch!
Thinking about doing the Copper Canyon train from Chihuahua to LOS Mochis. Wondering if you have been to either end points. Don't expect anything on the train route but curious if you have been on this train. After my arrival in LOS Mochis, I would take the ferry to LaPaz, BCS.

Posts: 2691My 2-Night Half-Ass Romp in Zacatecas City.
Welcome to Zacatecas!
Zacatecas is a city with at least 500 churches and zero strip clubs; my worst nightmare! The city is very conservative and quite boring as well. However, I will say one thing; El Centro was beautiful. The architecture in El Centro was quite amazing, as well as my hotel, Quinta Real.
One important thing to point out is the elevation is 8010 feet. I arrived in the city around 9 pm and decided to take a walk around El Centro and after a few blocks, I was tired as hell! Throughout Friday afternoon, it was even worst because of the heat. I think part of getting tired was from the elevation and the other part was because I am an old fat bastard; tears streaming down my face.
Why Zacatecas?
I am still slowly working my way through each state in Mexico.
Note: I flew to Zacatecas out of Tijuana and back only using my passport card. A passport book is not required.
All the money I quote is in pesos, unless you see the dollar sign.
I used CBX from Otay to the Tijuana airport and back. CBX round trip was 46 bucks. CBX prices are seasonal. They have a low season, regular season, and high season. I crossed during the regular season.
After clearing immigration at the Tijuana airport, I relaxed in the lounge for some chow and adult beverages. Returning, there were no lounges in the Zacatecas airport.
Getting there:
I flew Volaris round-trip to Zacatecas. The taxi to the hotel was 300. Returning, I took an Uber and the cost was 260.
Getting around town:
Ubers: Long wait times and the drivers were half-clueless.
Taxis: Abundant, no meters, cheap, and the drivers were completely-clueless.
Hotel:
I stayed at the Quinta Real. Staying there was the best part of my trip! Quoted, "Built around a restored 19th century bullfighting ring in the heart of the picturesque colonial city of Zacatecas. " It was a great hotel and the staff was excellent. Was it girl friendly? Yes, I brought in two escorts. Both escorts just walked in the hotel as if they owned the damn place. Even if you have no plans to stay there, it is a must see in Zacatecas.
Communication:
I have the North American T-Mobile plan; no worries.
Restaurants:
I did a lot of research before I left and here are my thoughts on the food scene:
The most popular dish in the city / state is Asada de Boda; it was quite good. I searched for another popular dish called Birria Chivo, but I could not find it.
Condimento Good.
Saluti Decent.
La Plaza Very good.
Just like the food in Pachuca, the food was nowhere near on par compared to the other cities I visited in Mexico.
Spanish:
Zacatecas is not a tourist destination; hence, English was nonexistent. There was only one hotel employee that spoke decent English, but that was about it.
The non-mongering scene:
Strip / table dance clubs:
During my research, I was only able to find two table dance clubs: Yardas and Betos. Betos was the only club that was located in the Zona de Tolencia. After dinner on Thursday evening, I took an Uber to track them down.
We first searched for Yardas. Either we could not find the place or it no longer existed. Off we went to find Betos in the Zona de Tolencia. The club existed, but it was closed. On Friday evening, with a different driver, we had the same results! It was quite depressing to say the least.
Bar: There was one bar that everyone said it is a "must see!" The name of the bar is Quince Letras. It had a decent bar vibe, but it was filled with mostly dudes. Skip the place!
Street scene: The street scene did not exist.
Exotic massage places: They did not exist.
Escorts:
With the first escort, I made a rookie mistake. Hence, I am not writing this to show my ignorance, but to share my mistake with others. Because the club / street scenes were nonexistent, I knew I needed to call in the troops. I brought in a trooper around 6 pm Friday evening. She arrived early and she was beautiful. Once inside, she asked for the money upfront, which is something I would not normally do, but it was 1200 for an hour and the little sailor was hungry.
Thus, I gave in and gave her the money. It was all good until she asked me to go outside with her so I could pay her taxi. It sounded weird, but it did not seem to be an issue. We went outside and she looked for her taxi. She called her driver and she told me he was parked over there, somewhere in the "Land of Oz. " I gave her 200 for the taxi and she started walking down the street, and then magically, she disappeared! That was the last time I saw of my future wife!
Yep, I fell off my damn bicycle and I crawled back to my room with my tail between my legs and cried for two hours. Nah, I headed out for an early dinner. After dinner, I got back on that damn bicycle and called in a second trooper. She cost 1500 for an hour. She was terrible during rack operations, but the little sailor was happy and content; that made me happy and content as well.
Final thoughts on Zacatecas:
It was a seeking putas and eating great food trip, but neither one panned out! To be honest, it was still a good experience. I thought the city was very safe and I never felt threaten in any manner. Would I ever return to Zacatecas? Hell no! Would I recommend it to other mongers? Another hell no! However, if you like churches, architecture, crappy escorts, and mediocre food, you might want to check out this city.
Como siempre, Solo mis dos pinche pesos, por supuesto!

Tom I'm no sure if you've tried this App before but I have very good success with it in GDL and I know of others using it in Tijuana. Obviously I haven't traveled to as many places in Mexico as you but if you have trouble with Uber it could be a viable option. For me it is cheaper than Uber.
