Which according to my you is a good area to stay if mahipalpur is bad.

The cons outweigh the pros by a large mile. If the quality of WGs isn't that good and corruption is rampant, it's better to stick to SPs for peace of mind or MPs which are relatively less risky and may have better WGs.
