Also going to piggyback on a older post from Bonjovi3, there is zero chance you will ever randomly find these hyugetel I got a reservation for a hyugetel at guyu-dong and it was inside a upper scale building with no name at the entrance of the building that requires a code to even enter the elevator.

You're right. Korea has changed substantially since 2019, and I worry that most of the reports written before that no longer contain much practical information.

To answer your first question, I think some of the anmas offer a soapland type experience, but I'm not sure which of them do. I can't be certain that this is one of the Hyugetels that I've been to, but as a regular in the Jamsil area it is entirely possible.
