Went on to MR to book a service but the rates quoted by most of the profiles are exorbitantly high. Have been following this forum for sometime now and have been reading a lot about good experiences starting out at 5 - 6 k per session but on MR, everyone is quoting above 10 k for even the most basic profiles. Have tried listings on Locanto and a serious advice to everyone, don't GO THERE. I am a middle aged guy but very new to local mongering if you know what I mean. So wanted to understand from the seniors and the more experienced ones;.

1. Are the rates on MR open to a great deal of negotiation or am I just looking at the wrong profiles.

2. Is hosting a good idea or is it better to go over to their place? I have my own place in South Delhi and would prefer to host but again am not sure if this is the right way to go.

3. I keep seeing SA mentioned but don't know what that stands for.

Always quote 30% of her actual quote. That's the max price you should pay. This is what I have observed in general. This rule applies to indian girls. For girls from phillipines / Indonesia / Latin America this can be at max 50 to 60%. This is because of the cost of travel arrangements.

Bro what is MD.

MD is narco drug, getting quite popular among youth in country. Like I live near NSIT and when I go out to smoke, many students are talking about taking MD. But I think it's a bad drug because some of friends (not close) has also become addicted to it and their life is going in downward spiral. The functioning of the drug has a major fault but everyone overlooks it. The idea to share this here is that guys there are a lot of discoveries to me made. I invested my time, money, effort and put in a lot to groom myself. I visit Delhi twice in a year. The abstract details mentioned in the post is absolutely true. I have found enough girls who are doing pretty well in their career but because of heart break or to spend some stress free time they tend to meet new people. Please allow me to share my experience here with you and everyone else. First and foremost, it is not a major thing at your age and is easily reversible. I have personally gone through this shit 5 years ago and it is a mindset issue before the actual physical ailment takes over. You are doing all the right things by doing what needs to be done.

Kegal exercises will take approximately 3 months to and you have to be consistent with them, 5 days a week. Just like any other body workout. Weight reduction is necessary if you are over weight.

Also, visit a good Endocrinologist in your part of city. I would have recommended 2 or 3 good ones in South Delhi to you. No rocket science, he will get your blood and urine tested, all normal routine tests and your Testosterone levels checked. Post that, if needed will put you on mild pills. I am repeating, if needed otherwise you will be fine with what you are doing. I go through all these tests every 6 months just to keep myself fit and healthy.

You will be fine and hard as always you have been.

Recently I have started experiencing borderline PE issues and its not too major and as I read most of Indian male population has borderline to severe PE issues and most don't address it. But I want to address it immediately before it gets worse in future. I am already making some lifestyle changes like avoiding any kind of explicit videos, meditation, good eating habits and exercise. Exploring Kegals too but without guidance its a little difficult. Other suggestions are also welcome.
