Posting here since the most experienced and active mongers are on the Delhi forum and also because Moscow forum is kind of dead. How does someone visiting Moscow from India access funds for mongering considering Visa and MasterCard are not working due to sanctions and you can only carry a limited amount of cash from India while travelling?
