Go to any of these clubs. You'll find girls on the dance floor or standing around. I recently used following method to pay for the subscription:

- Created account on CoinDCX, added funds and bought BTC.

- Created account on Binance.

- Transferred BTC from CoinDCX to Binance (High withdrawal fee here).

- Transferred BTC from Binance to final address.

Transferring directly from CoinDCX to the final address may be possible but in my case it asked for proof of ownership for the destination address.
