I would usually just ask the booker if he had good replacement. Often I would just cancel.

The age listed by many agencies is often exaggerated, but most are still on the younger side. There are some listed in that age range, for example Amy at luxury, Azalee at vogue, katherina or nina at xxxclusive / xxxtase (laetitia and sophia are also said to be in that range in reality). I just noticed your question did not get answered so here if my 2 c. I have stayed at several hotels downtown. The last several times at the Residence Inn. Have had girls come to me with no issues at all in any of the hotels. Just remembered one other was a Best Western. I had a nice suite on the top floor with a view that impressed the girl that night.

As far as safe, I have walked many blocks from the hotels several times during the day and early evening. I did not feel concerned during any of the walks. For reference though, I go to Tijuana and walk quite a bit and get a rental car and drive in Sao Paulo.
