Thank you all for the feedback. I'm headed to BKK again September end for 3 nights. Have around 69 K THB to play with. However this time, I booked a cheaper flight on Indigo at 10 K THB. There was Air Asia which was about 9 K Baht but I decided to skip it as it was landing at 4 am in the morning that would imply me waiting in the hotel lobby up until noon for check in. I also booked a cheaper hotel for my upcoming trip this time. 5 K Baht for 3 nights instead of the 17 K Baht I paid earlier on the 5 star hotel.

This time I will be documenting my expenses very closely and try to keep my spending to a max of 10 K THB per day. Fingers crossed.

One reason why I am a bit liberal with money is because I own two flats here in my home country and do not have to pay rent apart from food, groceries & utilities. But that is no excuse in the long run and have to be more prudent with my expenses.

That is a solid plan. Save on flights and hotels and spend it on girls. Even a top gogo girl is only 4-5 K baht. So you should be good. Add in a BJ at 7 Heaven for 1300 and veggie massage at 500 K and you should still be good!

I am from the Sub continent too. First off, 80 K THB is about 2 L INR for a 4 day trip which is really expensive. Even the 5 star does not justify this since Thailand is much cheaper compared to even, Dubai. Flights. Avoid Thai, take Indigo. Timings are inconvenient, but when the company is not paying for it you can lose some sleep. Even better if you get a connection via KL, go for it, sometimes even cheaper on Air Asia. Shop around for tickets. Hotel - 8 K is ok per night for a 5 star, but you can go down to a 3 star one too. Ping some of the girls on MR, sideline and fiwfans and check what hotel they are in. Book the same. Has worked well for me both in BKK and Dubai. MP you seem to have spent on the higher side, look around and bargain, Thermae pick ups might be better since you can avoid some bar fine, etc. And you said you are a young good looking guy. So most of the girls should be agreeable to come with you.

The core problem. Condolences for your loss. Is female company, not sex. Find something you like to do. Working out, running, hiking, photography, etc. Join a local Facebook group, meet new people and girls. Hit some pubs / bars on weekends, meet people. This is not a cheap thrill, you will lose out money since mind does not control your actions if you are desperate.

Have you looked at booking separate flights and accommodation, may work out cheaper. Since flights are roughly between 10 to 15 k.

You can probably go for cheaper accommodation and cut out the 3000 k massage for just a cheaper massage or go to a BJ bar.

You should think about joining a hotel loyalty program if you are a regular visitor. On my next trip to Bangkok I will be staying free on points.

I was running into a similar issue where I wanted to hobby less. What I found working was trying to monger less in where I live (where it's plentiful, but expensive) and stick to a budget on any trips abroad where I'm mongering. Of course, easier said than done. What helped is I have two friends that know about my hobby and keep my accountable; and I always try to budget after I jerk one off. Post nut clarity is an amazing thing. I also try to fill my days with a lot of things, so I'm not always thinking about sex.

Why do you monger? As a young attractive man, you should focus your energy on dating. $500/ month is about INR 40 K per month. In a major city like Mumbai or Delhi that is indeed peanuts, in a smaller town it would go pretty far. Why not focus on your career and bring up the earnings? Sorry for your loss. In India family support is the most important and it is understandable that you feel lost to some extent. But don't use mongering to escape those emotions. Maybe find some support in extended family. What I am saying in the end is that don't use mongering as an emotional crutch. Your problem seems less finance and more emotional. Work on the root cause and you will be better all around.

The go-gos in Bangkok should be on every naughty boy's bucket list. A first time visitor owes it to himself to visit Baccara on Soi Cowboy, or one of the Rainbows at Nana Entertainment Plaza. Yes, the go-go scene is more expensive than, say, blowjob bars or girls who work on the street or as freelancers in the bars. Yes, the go-gos on Soi Cowboy that are owned by "the Arab" are clip joints. Yes the EDM is often loud.

But the chance to choose from dozens of girls that you can see live and in person beats staring at your phone. You can buy the girl a drink and get to know her, at least on a superficial level. I think at $500/ monthly you have to look at what it may cost you in India for Quality you are getting. In my opinion no comparison. Luckily I am based in USA having migrated in 1970's. SADLY I have aged now, so drinking and partying not possible like before.

Have you guys had your testosterone levels tested? That can also have a huge effect on not only drive but function. Maintaining high levels in your 60's and 70's is a big boost and helps ward off some of the effects of aging. And replacement therapy is available here for those who need it. What is considered a normal level in the west is really way too low. I have several friends who have been on it long-term and I will not hesitate once my levels drop low enough.

I think you need to address the root cause which is the loneliness in your day to day life rather than focus on making lingering cheaper. One, this position makes you more vulnerable to people who may maliciously play on your emotions for personal gain and two drowning in P4 P women will be a temporary fix.

Other than the income and location my life story is similar to yours and focusing on your improving day to day life is the most "value. ".
