Apart from Sao Paulo, I agree with you though and as an overall destination, taking into account food, safety, amount of women etc, Thailand is definitely the best.

Yes when you pay 2.5 K or 3.5 K for ST when others pay between 1 K and 1.5 K it seems quite logical that you won't have a problem.
