I went back to the Longshan area around 3 pm on my second day. Given the time and given the temperature (it was hot and sticky out), there were not many fish swimming around to pick up. Not sure if Fish Spa takes foreigners but they're pretty "public" online in Chinese if you know where to look. Set up similar to the Saunas like Tianlong Suana etc, Fish Spa is pay first then select a woman and go into a back room. Located on Linsen in one of the older tall buildings, the "Spa" requires an appointment to get pass the door. Appointments are made with the "ganbu"(Pimp / handler) and you report the name of the Ganbu to get in. Once in, you pay 2600 and wait for your number to be called. Either you're lead to a parade of women, or you already have one reserved with the Ganbu.

Appointments last 1 hour. For new customers, the first few times will only be half service. I've been a few times now and I drop a 1 k tip and get full service + GFE experience and 1 CIM.

These things depend on the quality of the girls (age, if they can speak English, services they offer, etc). If you can't speak Chinese then your options are limited, and you're looking at 5-10 K for 3 hours in a KTV. That's for 2-3 lapdances, where you can touch their boobs. Some of the girls do allow you to finger them, but it's the exception. Normally university students etc.

If you can speak a little bit of Chinese, or can get away with body language while they sign and play the drinking games, for the same price you can go to a place where you can get a HJ for that same price. Girls might have some tattoos, some might smoke, etc.

Take-out depends on the girl, normally 5-20 K for 1-3 hours depending on the girl, how popular she is, etc.

Other than massage and street girls, neither of which I fancy, Taipei is a tough nut to crack. Unless you are a local, getting action is a bit difficult. Fortunately I was able to get a Line contact a few years ago from a board member and he was still active. My friend Joe speaks Chinese, so he was able to negotiate a KTV visit.

They have this interesting setup in Taiwan where they refer to the girls and venues as "shops". A uniform shop is C class girls, but with handjob included.
