Is this Silom Sauna strictly a sauna / steam room? How much is the entrance fee?

Silom Sauna is a mini-complex with several hot and cold pools, a sauna, exercise equipment, a relaxation area, food / drink service and an area with massage girls who will take you to a little room with a shower and a bed for massage and of course more. I think the entry fee is around 300-400 baht, plus another 300 baht for the massage room. Plus anything extra you negotiate with the massage girl. BUT. The whole place is pretty run down: think concrete bunker with nearly no charm.

I am looking for a kind of all-inclusive brothel featuring hot pools, cold pools, sauna / steam rooms, massage and of course working girls! The closest I have come is Silom Sauna on Suk Soi 22 which has these features but in a fairly downmarket atmosphere and quality (to be fair their prices are commensurate, so I do still go there). But can I find a more posh spa-cum-*****house? Only the wise folks of ISG know. !

P.S.: I'm OK with soapy massage, but it's not exactly what I am seeking.

Going with my girlfriend to Bangkok this winter and looking for recommendations for some nice and experience as a couple.

My better half is quite open minded and up for everything (yes, quite happy about it) so my task is to plan a sexy trip.

Is this 69 K your remaining inheritance, or is it the maximum amount that you are prepared to spend on this trip?

Of course it's not the last of my inheritance. I still have plenty more left in the bank. It's just the maximum amount I'm ready to spend on this trip. Although in reality I won't spend all of it just taking extra to cover up in case I get stuck or run into an emergency like an accident. It's always good to have more than necessary for an emergency.

Most folks here are just commenting on my income but fail to see the inheritance part. Property plus money. Granted spending lavishly like this would eventually exhaust the inheritance too but that would take a few years more and I'm not going to that extent.

I plan to stop all mongering after this trip and focus on saving up. My next Thailand trip could be after about 5 years and not any time soon.

Am I reading this correctly? Your pay is about 500 USD per month and you are spending almost 100 USD per night for your hotel? Surely you jest. There has to be much more to the story that you aren't writing. Living rent-free isn't the only thing.

Yep, I agree this math does not make any sense. Even if you made 20000 USD a month after tax you would not spend like this.

There was Air Asia which was about 9 K Baht but I decided to skip it as it was landing at 4 am in the morning that would imply me waiting in the hotel lobby up until noon for check in. I also booked a cheaper hotel for my upcoming trip this time. 5 K Baht for 3 nights instead of the 17 K Baht I paid earlier on the 5 star hotel.

This time I will be documenting my expenses very closely and try to keep my spending to a max of 10 K THB per day. Fingers crossed.

One reason why I am a bit liberal with money is because I own two flats here in my home country and do not have to pay rent apart from food, groceries & utilities. But that is no excuse in the long run and have to be more prudent with my expenses.

That is a solid plan. Save on flights and hotels and spend it on girls. Even a top gogo girl is only 4-5 K baht. So you should be good. Add in a BJ at 7 Heaven for 1300 and veggie massage at 500 K and you should still be good!

I have a friend who does Mexico City and he calls it the “eat soup and fuck” plan (ie spend $$ on girls not food! ). Good plan.

Apart from this I have a small but significant amount of inheritance received from the demise of my parents which fuels my mongering. I started out in this hobby about 12 years ago when I was fresh out of college and landed a short time job in DXB. A PRC girl it was that I lost my virginity to at age 21. The problem is with this expensive hobby of mongering, I end up spending loads of money. My last trip to BKK last month, I spent about 80 K THB in 4 days (hotel, food, air ticket, boom boom all included) which I guess is quite a lot.

How do you folks manage to stick to a reasonable budget without breaking the bank and resist temptation versus the body's strong carnal & emotional urges. I find that over the years I turn to mongering more out of loneliness & someone to talk to rather than horniness.

I am from the Sub continent too. First off, 80 K THB is about 2 L INR for a 4 day trip which is really expensive. Even the 5 star does not justify this since Thailand is much cheaper compared to even, Dubai. Flights. Avoid Thai, take Indigo. Timings are inconvenient, but when the company is not paying for it you can lose some sleep. Even better if you get a connection via KL, go for it, sometimes even cheaper on Air Asia. Shop around for tickets. Hotel - 8 K is ok per night for a 5 star, but you can go down to a 3 star one too. Ping some of the girls on MR, sideline and fiwfans and check what hotel they are in. Book the same. Has worked well for me both in BKK and Dubai. MP you seem to have spent on the higher side, look around and bargain, Thermae pick ups might be better since you can avoid some bar fine, etc. And you said you are a young good looking guy. So most of the girls should be agreeable to come with you.

The core problem. Condolences for your loss. Is female company, not sex. Find something you like to do. Working out, running, hiking, photography, etc. Join a local Facebook group, meet new people and girls. Hit some pubs / bars on weekends, meet people. This is not a cheap thrill, you will lose out money since mind does not control your actions if you are desperate.

80 K baht was all inclusive for the air ticket to and back from BKK, hotel, food, soe shopping & mongering. I stayed at a 5 star hotel. It costed me on average 3400 THB per night.

I'd hit the nuru massage parlours in the day and about 3000 THB was the damage, Night time I would visit a gogo bar at Nana and bar fine somebody- 1 K Bar fine, 3 K to the girl and about 500 THB on drinks and lady drinks = 4500 THB.

Sometimes I'd visit 2 MP during the day.
