There is very little enforcement of regular testing. IMHO the rule should be at least once a month and the reality is probably closer to once or twice a year. Just don't go about unprotected. I wrote there number of factors. Some of them you mentioned like dealer sales conference. Now, Thailand in India is promoted like crazy shit by both Govt's due to the sheer numbers of travellors from India. Cheap package of 3 nights including accomodation with 2 meals at 10500/- THB are promoted by travel agents as I am aware of the Travel companies MNC's of blocking by buying bulk seats in advance for full year; I have some links in Travel Industry and know how things work there. It is a lucrative sector for Travel Industry and even the smallest of centres in India have flights for Bangkok. The worst one example is that a Thai chick hit a empty beer bottle on Indian head as he thought she was a pick up girl in Pattaya in 2015 on Beach Road. You think I am not ashamed. I wrote earlier my stomach churnes with anger and hatred when I see this. My guess is 90% of Brown skin people are from India. If I am not wrong, I do not have the numbers but from the ground either it could be koreans or Indians leading the pack of highest number of travellors. I guess it's Indians, I could be wrong too. She was a civilian chick just doing her job by selling something on her cart. I guess your base is South India so you know that the Chappal lads mostly come from that part of the country or from Gujrat. I come from New Delhi. The people from North India, primarily Punjabis or from other states like to drink, party hard, eat like crazy. Yes, they are a bit loud too. I like to converse with Indian men when I see them. 3 guys got on to tuk tuk from soi 6 last evening and all 3 had good diamond rings and necklaces on them. I asked them their hometown. They were diamond merchants from Surat and were staying in Jomtein. They spent 2 hours in soi 6 drinking and partying and all 3 were in shorts and chappals. I wasn't surprised as I have been there as well for my work. Even the richest of gujratis are simple and move around like this. Likewise, 3 Arabic guys too got into the same tuk tuk and were likewise dressed in shorts and slippers but they wouldn't be judged as Indians are. I know our behaviour and actions on the ground has not been good, no defence there.

As far as I am concerned, girls tell me that I do not look like Indian. I look Arabic or from Canada as I have fair skin, thank my parents; I dress well, put in a lot of effort on my grooming on a weakly basis, smell well by putting on a good perfume and am always humble, down to earth, grounded and respect women. I exercise so I am fit for my age as I am 50 plus and do not have a round tummy as I am very careful as to what goes into my stomach. I'm a one meal man. But that's a part of my life and the way I lead it even in my hometown. I do not do it for travelling to Thalland. I also never shy away by telling them that I am from India.

Part of what he typed was true. I am fair skinned and I am a foreigner living in India, but I have Indian ancestry. I can understand what the other gentleman typed. I've seen how some Indian men behave towards Thai women. The problem is that you and I maybe educated and may use commonsense, but I have seen not just few, but tons of Indian men misbehave with thai women right from the airport itself. One of the biggest issue here from what I understand from conversations with some friends is that lots of companies give free tickets and package deals to Thailand to shop keepers or dealers for achieving sales targets or to take big orders. The owners of these establishments often send their staffs / shop keepers to Thailand and may prefer to elsewhere which are increasingly becoming a sex tourism destination for wealthier Indians, but raises fewer doubts among their family members. While the ones who do the bad things maybe less than 10% of the men visiting Thailand, These men ruin the reputation of good Indians. When I visited a famous Massage once, I overheard a group of Indian men threatening to walk out and take the business to the next establishment because they offer the same service for just half the price, and the mamasan and the girls themselves shouted back in Thai to get out and they continued swearing and took over a minute to calm down. I had an Indian colleague with me at that time and he was super ashamed. While the girls warmed up to me, they never gave any eye contact to my colleague and the one he chose literally walked away saying she has a stomach ache or something. I didn't want to leave him, I said sorry, maybe next time and I walked out with him. As we walked out, we saw this very group also leave the next establishment with a lot of swearing between them and the staffs of the MP.

The next day I did visit the same establishment as one girl caught my eye, and I was lucky she was free. She disclosed she recognized me when we were in the room and she was saying that she was so happy that none of them in that group selected her because some of her colleagues have been treated very roughly and some of them were even bitten.

News like these spread like a wild fire among the WG.

It's not with just WG they misbehave. When I took my flight from Chennai to BKK just after they re opened, I saw a lot of misbehaving. Many passengers were already drunk and families who boarded the plane had a terrified look in their faces. So many of them were refusing to wear masks. Then once you land, we can witness the drama in the immigration counter as well. The less said, the better.

Back to my Indian colleague. He once took a grab to a famous shopping mall which was 10 kms away from where were lodging. The grab driver was so impressed by him that he did not believe he was an Indian because of how well he behaved and was groomed.

So like the other Gentleman reported, if we are groomed well, dressed well and more importantly smell good, Thai people do change their mind very fast and are very receptive.

The reason you maybe having a better time is simply because you look good, you present yourself very well and you take care of a lot more things than many Indian men do and you are enjoying the benefits.

BB, they go there as they are more comfortable in the ambiance of Indian songs, Indian snacks / food; they can be themselves and let loose there with their shitty dance moves. The staff is all either nepali, Indian, pakistani, Burmese, Bangaldeshi and they all speak in Hindi language with their customers. So the overall package works for the Indian men. They do not play western music at all. Thai girls all of them in huge numbers there do not discrimnate and like to go with Indian men at decent Thai Baht. One girl my regular is right now sleeping in bed while I type this told me last night that she doesn't like to go with Koreans, chinese or japanese because they all look like Thai men. Just as a follow up. I personally do not think Thermae has that many girls that I would consider good looking. It's at most maybe 1-2 that I would be interested in and many times I have taken a loop and walked straight out. The standard price quoted is 3 K, the girls are incentivized to "unionize" to keep this price floor. You can negotiate on an individual basis but more likely than not this will be the price asked of you.

I never said there are quality girls available for 1500 baht but I did mention that the second best lot is available for 1500 baht at a certain time and how I managed my way through to score 3 chicks. I don't think I was given a cold treatment anywhere but just the fact that the obvious preference was for the Koreans and Japanese atleast at Thermae- I take this risk in saying even more over the Westeners. Sorry mate, I tend to disagree with you on the Thermae view point or Thai Chicks behaviour towards people of a particular country. This is my 3rd trip in 9 months, twice for work and once for total pleasure. So, I know what I am talking about with being on the ground and experiencing it myself. Never did I felt discriminated or ignored or not preferred or given a cold treatment by chicks or they did not wish to go. I am not challenging your view point or your financial strategy of countering a chick with a 50% discount on her ask, its your wallet and decision. That is one reason if I may be allowed to pin point one reason for those chicks to respectful say no to a guys as they hold a viewpoint as the next brown skin man will offer her the same. These chicks have seen it all and understand it better than men.

My report of my 3 night Bangkok trip will be uploaded in a day or two as I am leaving for Pattaya for 7 nights where no business and all pleasure awaits me. Bangkok it was vice versa.

And yes, my report will be long enough. All brown skin people reading my report do not get discouraged and visit Thailand. There is no scope for negotiations in MPs and Go-Go Bars, so the best chance was in Thermae and that too at certain time and hour. Ofcourse 3000 baht is a normal price quoted in Thermae but the fact that decent girls (in my view atleast) agreed to come at that price is just something I am sharing. It could be that had no takers or maybe they already were with someone and this was like Round 2 for them. But it worked!

However IMO the fact you push for such steep discount is one of the reasons why South Asians are "looked down" on by the girls and potentially other guys at the establishments. 3000 b is a normal price to be quoted in thermae and girls refusing to go below this amount isn't an indication they're not interested, but it's just their price. I hate to admit it mate but that's the sad truth. I cringe and really get upset when I see that kind of behaviour by some of my countrymen but I don't blame them as most of them are first time international travellors and have no idea as to how they are expected to behave. I am not defending them at all as that's no excuse to do what they do, a wrong is a wrong. Friday the 11th my plan got confirmed to land in Bkk on 13th. Booked my ticket of Thai airways at 14000 THB /437 USD (approx figures after converting from local currency). Was getting cheaper airlines as well but nah, I love Thai Airways and their service apart from their big aircrafts, 380 or 340 airbus my guess. I was informed that aircraft changed to Airbus 320 as less number of passengers. Seat next to me was not occupied as well. Normal average service nothing great. Reached my hotel, showered and straight away reached Thermae at around 10.30 PM. Took a whiskey and my my some of the Thai chicks were damn good and pretty, real peaches. Real ones which you don't find in clubs or pick up joints. Honestly, I could bang many of them. Club was getting crowded by Koreans. During my Bangkok trip, I was always racing against the time and trying to fit in time for my fun activity as it was more of a Business and less of pleasure whereas I go to Pattaya Wednesday where it would be vice versa. Plus, pain in my left hip is really bothering me now and making me difficult to walk around much but I am still doing my best. I was always landing in Bkk but never stayed here, did my work in day time to always reach Pattaya by late night to enjoy. I realize now I should have always broken my trip into 2 parts as I have done now.

Sorry mate, I tend to disagree with you on the Thermae view point or Thai Chicks behaviour towards people of a particular country. This is my 3rd trip in 9 months, twice for work and once for total pleasure. So, I know what I am talking about with being on the ground and experiencing it myself. Firstly, allow me to share that it is the brown skinned people that they are wary off as some of them are but not all, not particularly Indians. I have been coming to Thailand since more than 12 years and never ever faced any kind of racisms during all my pleasure and business trips. Allow me to clarify that I am right now in Bangkok typing this report and I am an proud Indian. Yes, I have twice gone to Thermae Bar on 13th and 15th August night. Never did I felt discriminated or ignored or not preferred or given a cold treatment by chicks or they did not wish to go. I am not challenging your view point or your financial strategy of countering a chick with a 50% discount on her ask, its your wallet and decision. That is one reason if I may be allowed to pin point one reason for those chicks to respectful say no to a guys as they hold a viewpoint as the next brown skin man will offer her the same. These chicks have seen it all and understand it better than men.

My report of my 3 night Bangkok trip will be uploaded in a day or two as I am leaving for Pattaya for 7 nights where no business and all pleasure awaits me. Bangkok it was vice versa.

And yes, my report will be long enough. All brown skin people reading my report do not get discouraged and visit Thailand. It is a beautiful country with smiling people and follow the basic atticates and manners that are expected of any tourist be it of any country. That is the norm for all of us in our daily lives, isn't it guys?

Part of what he typed was true. I am fair skinned and I am a foreigner living in India, but I have Indian ancestry. I can understand what the other gentleman typed. I've seen how some Indian men behave towards Thai women. The problem is that you and I maybe educated and may use commonsense, but I have seen not just few, but tons of Indian men misbehave with thai women right from the airport itself. One of the biggest issue here from what I understand from conversations with some friends is that lots of companies give free tickets and package deals to Thailand to shop keepers or dealers for achieving sales targets or to take big orders. The owners of these establishments often send their staffs / shop keepers to Thailand and may prefer to elsewhere which are increasingly becoming a sex tourism destination for wealthier Indians, but raises fewer doubts among their family members. While the ones who do the bad things maybe less than 10% of the men visiting Thailand, These men ruin the reputation of good Indians. When I visited a famous Massage once, I overheard a group of Indian men threatening to walk out and take the business to the next establishment because they offer the same service for just half the price, and the mamasan and the girls themselves shouted back in Thai to get out and they continued swearing and took over a minute to calm down. I had an Indian colleague with me at that time and he was super ashamed. While the girls warmed up to me, they never gave any eye contact to my colleague and the one he chose literally walked away saying she has a stomach ache or something. I didn't want to leave him, I said sorry, maybe next time and I walked out with him. As we walked out, we saw this very group also leave the next establishment with a lot of swearing between them and the staffs of the MP.

The next day I did visit the same establishment as one girl caught my eye, and I was lucky she was free. She disclosed she recognized me when we were in the room and she was saying that she was so happy that none of them in that group selected her because some of her colleagues have been treated very roughly and some of them were even bitten.

News like these spread like a wild fire among the WG.

It's not with just WG they misbehave. When I took my flight from Chennai to BKK just after they re opened, I saw a lot of misbehaving. Many passengers were already drunk and families who boarded the plane had a terrified look in their faces. So many of them were refusing to wear masks. There were at least 5 men behind me who were very loud and were drinking alcohol despite the fight attendants begging them to stop doing that. Then one brawny fight attendant came to the rescue and shut them down by saying that he will make sure they get arrested when the flight lands.

I had a very similar experience from Kochi to BKK as well. Both of them were in AirAsia. I now take the XL seats, so I could avoid them.

Then once you land, we can witness the drama in the immigration counter as well. The less said, the better.

Back to my Indian colleague. He once took a grab to a famous shopping mall which was 10 kms away from where were lodging. The grab driver was so impressed by him that he did not believe he was an Indian because of how well he behaved and was groomed.

So like the other Gentleman reported, if we are groomed well, dressed well and more importantly smell good, Thai people do change their mind very fast and are very receptive.

The reason you maybe having a better time is simply because you look good, you present yourself very well and you take care of a lot more things than many Indian men do and you are enjoying the benefits.
