Number of Visitors: 5-6 on weekdays and 20 on weekends.

Service Cost (Entry Fee): 1200.

Extras Cost (Avg): 1500.

Percentage Paying for Extras: 80%.

Lease Cost: 40,000 to 50,000.

Number of Therapists: 5.

Weekdays in a Month: 22.

Weekends in a Month: 8.

Calculations:

Weekday Revenue for Spa: (5. 5 average visitors * 1200) = 6,600 INR per weekday.

Weekend Revenue for Spa: (20 visitors * 1200) = 24,000 INR per weekend day.

Total Monthly Revenue for Spa: (6,600 * 22 weekdays) + (24,000 * 8 weekends) = 145,200 + 192,000 = 337,200 INR.

LE Cost: 40,000 to 50,000 INR.

Total Monthly Profit for Owner: Total Monthly Revenue for Spa. Lease Cost = 337,200 - 40,000 to 50,000 = 287,200 to 297, 200 INR (Sounds too high?

Extras Earnings for Therapists: (5. 5 * 1500 * 80% * 22 weekdays) + (20 * 1500 * 80% * 8 weekends) = 132,000 + 192,000 = 324,000 INR.

Extras Earnings per Therapist: Extras Earnings for Therapists / Number of Therapists = 324,000 / 5 = 64,800 INR. Sounds too less?

You have to account for Electricity, water bill, other miscellaneous expenses as well. Also some SPA's pays salaries to certain therapists. So Owner profit will be on lesser side.

Today I went to one of the spas in Ecity. Got a B2B from a busty Thai therapist. I unfortunately overpaid for the deed. It was fun and did some good fingering. I did not cum though after lot of tries. I somehow do not cum in certain situations due to "anticipation anxiety". She now says that she can come to hotel and have a couple of drinks and have fun. Yes she is back in town, I have been to her place 3-4 times but this was somewhere in 2019-2020. After getting the payment, she said pay another 6000 as the first payment was for the agent and I said I will make the payment after the deed (even though it was not agreed). She refused and will not let me even touch her without the second payment. Immediately I realized it is a scam and I refused. I tried to contact the agent and he is not answering my call as expected. I asked her to leave my room as I was sure she only wanted to empty my pocket. After somany years in this field and several experiences, it was a new lesson for me. Don't even pay before the deed. Total KLPD and I couldn't digest it even now that I was fooled smartly by the agent and provider.

But Afros are more consistent, MR is a easy place to get a hold of afros, while Indies are way harder.

Afros:

Pros:

1. Easy to contact, always have incalls so you save on room bookings.

2. Are genuine GFE 8/10 times, try to satisfy and are open to kinks.

3. Usually open to negotiations and don't do nakras a lot.

4. Less prone to GPS, although it does happen so do your due diligence and don't overpay.

5. Standard rates are 3 k for 2 shots while some ask for more.

6. Usually stay in groups so a threesome is possible with extra pay.

Tldr: bang for the buck genuine GFE if you find good ones.

Cons:
