I normally stay at Central Park. They have 20% discount on cash payment. I stayed there last April. This is not a cheap hotel. Their rooms are 4700 pesos and upwards. I have trip planned for November. I have booked at both Central Park and Walkaround hotel. They both are giving 20% cash discount. Walkaroun is much cheaper and on Walking Street.

If you want to stay for two months, I would recommend Kandy Apartments.
