I agree that you would be lucky to see girls playing in the pool. The obvious reasons have already been mentioned: They are there to make money and not to play games, they do not want to waste time destroying make up / hair, and there may even be house rules / regulations about doing anything more than picking up guys in the pool.

IME chances are best for observing girls playing in the pool on off times when there are not guys / potential business around (Mondays / Tuesdays, and / or early in the day before the gents arrive). Also, obviously outside temperature / weather counts. The absolute best time IME is hot days in spring / early summer when the girls are tired of winter and eager to take advantage of the beautiful garden / pool.

That said, there have been plenty of girls in the garden at Oase this summer as far as I have observed (weather permitting), with plenty of play in the huts and cabanas and top of the hill. The smokers stay just outside from the entrance to the garden (by the sauna/relaxing area). If you do not observe girls in the garden on hot summer days, it is most likely because they are busy in the rooms inside or in one of the cabanas outside. Again, patience is king.

Yes, that's the reason I thought. I've only ever seen one girl in the outside pool, this was well before the pandemic, maybe 2017.
