Thanks for the information guys. Just forgot to mention that I had subscribed through google play & not any credit card. Also, haven't received reply from their support yet.

Forgot the SA ID. But the girl in attached pics looks scammer to me, when I asked for real meet she was forcing me to have a virtual session and when I asked for a video call verification, it looked like a recorded video and the call was disconnected in no time. When I told I don't like virtual and can pay double for real meet she blocked me.
