Try doing Kegel floor workouts. You can find plenty of tutorials on YT. Helped me get a lot of control when inside.

Also two suggestions, try jerking off before meeting the girl. Helps you last longer.

Also don't start boinking immediately after BJ else you will finish very quickly. Take a 5 min break after BJ (give some excuse like need to use the washroom, need to make a call etc.) and then start banging.

These spas have garnered significant attention on the LE radar, so it would be advisable to steer clear of them. They are susceptible to potential LE raids at any moment.
