I remember a few weeks ago that Gobacho posted that he paid 150 mil for a FB date and the girl came by public transportation. I was thinking that is smart with money, and probably takes skill too. I have never been able to get a FB girl to come by metro and I proposed to pay them 50 mil to ride metro. To me that is the gist of the whole thing regardless how much you spend.

Here I am in a city where I can get 30 minutes for less than USD5. Why pay 10 when I only need to pay 5, right? LOL.

That is indeed the deal. They have to keep a lower profile and dress more modestly than their Lleras / la 10 counterparts (not very difficult). The checkpoints are not at all difficult to defeat. It's pretty simple to just walk in the back way or at any corner of la 10 west of the checkpoints. I'm wondering why there are anti sex tourism signs at the entrances of restaurants on carrera 33 if there are no prepagos. But seriously, in Provenza girls don't whistle or pull at your clothes like on la 10 but they are working.

The police presence has been at the main entrance to Provenza for quite a while know, and I don't believe he is confusing Provenza with Calle 10 and Parque LLeras.

What criteria do you use in deciding what is reasonable and fair?

Price threads are on-going here and there has been a lot of back and forth about what is too much. It tends to get very hostile with a lot of guys insulting other guys and calling them simps so I don't want to get into that. There are too many variables for the girls so there is no one set going-rate for girls in Medellin. For each person, it boils down to their own financial situation, and how much they really want that particular girl. My take on it is if you are happy with paying a certain amount to a girl and she is happy with the amount, then it is a win-win. Now, you could have paid less, but you don't have any issues with it so I would not worry about it.

You are here on vacation. You want to have a good time. You're having a good time and the amount you spend is fine with you. Then I would say the amount you paid to the girls is reasonable and fair to you.

I agree with this statement if you use Facebook for your real friends. It can get awkward. I don't use FB anymore with my friends and so I just started deleting all my real friends and started over with girls from Medellin.
