Try to book AirBNB which provides key facility, I. E they don't personally come to meet you.

If you just want an affordable paid service / ONS, SA may not even be the best platform. As you are using SA, the only thing you need to satisfy yourself on before the meet is weather her appearance and rate are acceptable to you. It hardly matters if she is an 'authentic SA girl' or WG if you are looking for a ONS.
