There is a subset of girls in Thailand that have whiter skin than most. The Cambodian girls I have seen have darker skin that I would not describe as white skin. If you are looking for girls from an Asian country with white skin I would check out Korea. Russian girls have white skin. A few a floating around Thailand. But I would suggest trip to the source if that is what you are into.

I have not been to Prague, but I have been to Bangkok a couple of times and I am planning to go back again in a month. If you do goto Bangkok, I recommend going to Pattaya as there is a better selection of girls down there. But there is way more things to do in Bangkok besides girls.
