You need to show your Adhaar card at the reception while checking in. Nowadays people are using masked Adhaar for better privacy. Its all normal and hotels don't create any issues.

Went to a spa near the metro station of SE. It's just above a clothing brand for men. I liked this one cause it's just like 50 steps from the gate of the metro.
