So I too had the same question regarding NL and I did ask in this forum but no one bothered to clarify regarding the NL buildings Building 1 & 2. It would really help if someone actually gives pointers to identify the buildings in NL. Because when I went there were new constructions, some cloth and spec shops, a fruit seller that all. I didn't know which is the actual building.

Whereas CH is relatively easy. For your question, don't bother the men in the building they won't disturb us. I have visited only 1 building in CH recently and the experience was good.
