I have been visiting Bangkok every 6 months since the last 2 years. Coming back again later this month. Usually stay at Night hotel (in the past it was called Dream hotel) in Sukhumvit.

Don't bash me for this, but I look only for high end / top model quality girls and don't mind paying the higher price for them. Hence, have been going primarily to Maria massage, Black Caviar massage, and The Pimp. Most of my sessions with these girls as you can imagine are 10 K+ thai bahts. Occasionally, if I am too lazy to go from Sukhumvit to Maria / Black Caviar / Pimp (these are about 20-30 minutes away), then I pick up an FL from Thermae. Though the best looking girls in Thermae are usually very arrogant.

Where else should I go for high end / top model quality girls? Are there other such gentlemans club in Bangkok similar to The Pimp quality or other premium Soapy?

Is scared about the tax issues. If you are from a country with a double tax treaty with Thailand nothing will change. If your money is in a tax haven there could be a few more challenges.

It's embarrassing you are watching you tubers for the info. Plenty of accounting firms have done live webinars.

In short life goes on as before.

61 countries have a tax exempt treaty with Thailand, so I would think many are exempt from this. However the fear mongering YouTubers fail to focus on this, instead just building up their views.

I'm more concerned with more than 180 days in Thailand you will need to be TAX compliant. It starts Jan 1.

I've lived in Thailand forever and occasionally get dragged into the lower Suk area. More often than not I have a pretty good time, because it's with friends. But I have trouble motivating myself to go alone, and when I do. . . Meh. Maybe I need better drugs?

I had one night in BKK as a stopover on the 29th which as it turned out was some sort of public holiday as everything in Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza was closed, and the clubs only opened at midnight.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit on a recommendation from here. Maybe it was a little far away from the action but otherwise pleasant and no walk of shame as the elevators go straight to the rooms bypassing the reception.

Had a good walk around between Soi Cowboy, Soi 11 and Nana Plaza and No4 alley. Lots of ladies or ladyboys on the streets. Quite a few outside of Thermae. No one really took my fancy. Stopped in a Indian club near Nana for a beer with some guy I met outside on the street, but it wasn't going to get any better so moved on. There were a couple of pretty young girls at the Nana carpark, that was the best talent I saw all night. I would have liked to check out Mixx, but from reading on here, its apparently dead. So went to Levels instead. Levels was pretty much the same as I remember pre-covid, average crowd, music and some free-lancers hanging around. Chatted to a MILF who also confirmed that Mixx is dead and quoted a price I would consider on the high end. To be honest there weren't that many good looking options at Levels. So given the alternatives (risk going to Mixx, Suger or back to Nana to see if the young girls were still there) decided to just take the MILF from levels. It could have been a waste of money, but she was super horny and we went though all four condoms I had before she left at 5 am, so I was quite satisfied.
