Thank you. Looks like I should go early and walk around on the third floor if I decide to go to this desert of a Mall. Thanks also for the tips and the info about the other mall. It probably is safe to say then if a girl is walking around outside some of these clubs, then she may be available in most cases. I guess one has to make sure she gives the looks. Some of the streetwalkers I see on youtube in front of these mall don't seem to be bad. I will find out for myself in a couple of days.

I see there are some clubs in Hauz Khas Village. This poster is talking about a spa I believe, but, Hauz Khas village clubs may be more tame and likely to get take outs for an all night fun? It appears these two clubs allow people to smoke inside and there is another club (Odessa?) that doesn't. The trouble in going to some of these smoky places is that your clothes smell like smoke for a very long time and it is hard to air them out when you are traveling.

There were a couple of others who mentioned that it is not safe to go alone because some drunks are out there just to pick fights. I get that too. Perhaps, I will start from Odessa when I am in Delhi.
