If it's the Bodhi spa then very difficult to get any extras. I have stayed in the hotel and have had many sessions before renovations but have never got any hint or extras from any one even after multiple repeats of same therapists. If it's the A spa akin to place where kings used to have their ladies then possible. But massage plus extras will run into 10 k so not sustainable. Better to enjoy a good massage and move on as massage itself costs 4-5 k.

Post renovation have not been there so can't comment today.

While I am not able to decode the therapist names to give you an exact feedback, taking NE / Bali Girls for an outside meet up is one of the best outcomes. Hope you have lingering sim and don't share your regular number. Key positives are NEs bring in their friends and you can over a time dip into their group also. Don't treat them as WG's. They may not like it. But my experience is not with the current crop in Wizard. Have background with the finance minister and she is decent. If it's Bali girl then no issues at all.
