So I have been in the game for a long time and already done two shots many times.

I believe you can try visiting the same spa over in small durations and build a rapport with her. I did this a few years back and it worked. Ultimately if she's in this business, with proper comfort and trust, she might go and take the next step with you.

But it's all a matter of probability here, so I believe you should take the leap and build a rapport with her.
