Bro, don't waste your limited time in Kolkata trying to find PB spa. While you may get the name and location, the spa owner only accepts new customers who can provide a verified reference. And without your PM / DM active, no one will give a reference over the public forum. Hope you understand. My sincere suggestion is to try the many other mentioned Spas.

She was originally in Shreya Den, then in P spa. I don't think she' in Kolkata right now or else we would've known about it. May be she' running the circuit around distant parts of India. May be we'll meet her again someday.
