I personally think it is quiet unlikely given the fact that this was a raid covered by mainstream media and DGP made a press conference about it. Now if reopens in just 4 months, one or the other media outlet will catch this and big questions will be raised. They can reopen but most likely at a different place with a different name.

Here's a thumb rule for vetting MR profiles.
