Quick reality check, even though this site isn't about Colombian law and politics, in the interest of sharing accurate and valid information it's worth considering that a prostitution ban would require a constitutional amendment and congressional ratification. Local and state politicians (governer and mayor) can issue temporary decrees like the one that banned prostitution and curtailed operating hours of certain businesses in and around Parque Lleras.
