It is a typical middle class family flat style.

Even I visited last Friday and the place was mess due to ongoing civil works. They are improving the room facilities but it was odd having [Non-English text deleted by Admin].

My advice would be to start 2 separate SIPs one for your long term saving which should not be touched in any condition.

Second for your mongering which you can use qtrly. Half early, obviously only after considering your fixed and variable expense every month.
