So, a few years back I stumbled on a Salvadoran website, CasaVIP dot Foroactivo dot com. I signed up and crickets. Never heard back.

Last week, I came across it again. I signed up, was granted access the next day, and lo and behold, I found myself with access to a Salvadoran forum with reviews and questions galore. There was a section on Wanuncios, on other sites, on casas de cita, etc. In the Wanuncios section, for instance, guys posted asking about specific women and others responded with their experiences. Elsewhere there were discussions as to bars where independents hung out, etc. (you know, the kinds of things you'd probably have to have real local knowledge to know.) And there was plenty more, like questions like who were your favorites that take it up the backdoor and where to do they work, etc.

And then. After 4 days, apparently someone realized that I was using an account with a foreign name (a name I made up that sounded too English) or that I had a foreign IP address. And access was cut off, just like that.

So, if you check it out, definitely use a Salvadoran sounding name and email address. If you get cut off from abroad, then there is a chance they're reviewing for IP addresses from outside the country and you might have to wait until you're there to set up an account.

Lastly, here's the key thing: don't even bother unless you speak Spanish well. It's all in Spanish and, not surprisingly, there is a LOT OF slang.

I flew United round-trip to San Salvador. Each way, there was a layover in Houston. Total flight time was around 5 hours. Returning, there was an Aeroconnections VIP Lounge 2, which was outstanding.

Tourist card:

I bought the tourist card while going through immigration. It cost $12 bucks.

Hotel:

I stayed at the Barcelo Hotel in Zona Rosa. The hotel was outstanding! My room, the service, and location were top-notched. Was the hotel chica friendly? Not sure, but as a poster mentioned, anyone could easily enter through the Strikers Bar with a chica and bypass the lobby of the hotel.

Communication:

I have the T-Mobile Go5 GPlus55 plan; no worries whatsoever.

Transportation:

When I arrived at the airport, I ordered an Uber. The cost was $32 and it was around 45 minutes each way. My driver's name was Jose Miguel and he stayed with me during my entire romp. I had no reason to use any other transportation services. Returning, I paid Jose Miguel $40. I have his number if anyone is interested. But, he only speaks Spanish.

Spanish:

During my stay, I heard very little English, which included in the hotel, restaurants, and my driver, Jose Miguel.

Restaurants:

I did a lot of research before I left and here are my thoughts on the food scene:

Brutto. Outstanding.

Monarca – Outstanding.

Pupuseria La Carreta – Excellent.

Pupuseria Kua – Excellent.

Overall, the food was pretty damn good. I did not see any street food venders during my romp.

Strip / table dance clubs:

I started out to research 24 clubs, but at the end of the romp, I went to 22 clubs.

In each club / bar, I asked several questions and did my best to write the answers on my trusty note pad. Thus, if I am wrong with any of my notes, feel free to chime in with the correct information. I wrote down the prices of the cheapest beer and ficha.

First off, the prices vary quite a bit for sex with the chicas in each club. There were a few clubs where sex was not an option.

Second, when I mention, "included 1 drink" that drink varies from one local beer, one shot, or other options.

Third, when I mention, "which included on bottle of something" that bottle could be a half bottle of vodka, rum, or tequila. It could also be a full bottle, OR a bottle of shitty wine or champagne.

Club: Dream Palace.

Cover: 4 (included one drink).

Beer: 2. 75.

Ficha: 8.

Sex: No sex.

On Site: None.

Number of Chicas: 6.

Quality of Chicas: Good to very good.

Comments: This was a small place and there was no option for sex. There was a VIP room option, but it was limited to touching some body parts. The costs for the VIP rooms were: 15 for one minute, 30 for 3 minutes, and 90 for 1 hour (which included three shots). I had no need reason to stay any longer.

Club: Burlesque.

Cover: 5.

Beer: 4. 40.

Ficha: 13.20, but my receipt said 12.

Sex: 250 for 1. 5 hours which included two chicas and drinks. 130 for one hour with one chica. I was told several different prices, so I am not totally sure about the exact pricing.

Comments: This was a nice large club with lots of white flowers. The chicas and meseros did not bother me whatsoever. There were some hotties in that club; I liked the place.

Sex: The chica I talked to wanted 250 for one hour; WTF Others wanted more!

Comments: This was one hell of a club! All the dancers, at the same time, stripped down to bare metal on stage. They came close to me and let me grope their goodies for a US dollar! Thus, I put away my trusted note pad, did not ask any more questions, and stumbled my way out the door; with my phone of course.

I told them I used the pad to write down information that I could share with men all over the world. Apparently, they did not care for my response and decided to throw my non-happy-ass out of the club. So, I finished my shot and left quietly. It was a shame because it was a great looking club with several hotties!

Comments: This was a good decent size club. I don't remember much else about the place because it was my 11th club of the day / night.

Comments: I was told by one of the chicas at Kiss Fresh that this club ran along the same lines as her club. We stopped by there a tad too late. The manager was outside and told us the club hours were from 10 to 6, and there were 7 chicas available. Personally, I think it was a spa. It might be a good place to check out.

Club: Oasis.

Cover: None.

Beer: 2.

Ficha: 5.

Sex: 30 for 30 minutes.

On Site: Yes.

Quality of Chicas: 2 good /4 could work in a pinch.

Night / Time: Saturday /7:15.

Comments: This club was located in La Libertad. We went there because we ran out of places to go. There was a small decrepit building with the club inside and some other half-ass shacks outside. It looked like it could be wiped out with a tropical storm. Nothing special to see there; move along smartly.

Closed or could not locate:

Dos Cero Cinco – Drove by the club on Thursday and Friday nights; no sign of operating.

Antara – Closed or could not find the place.

Punto G – Closed or could not find the place.

Spas:

Zou Spa. I stopped by the spa on Saturday afternoon and there were 4 chicas available. The prices were 30 for 30 minutes, 38 for 45 minutes and 45 for one hour. There was also an option for the larger VIP room; it cost 5 extra. I have always liked that place!

Masion 316 – We looked for that place a couple of nights; never found it.

Casa Keyson – Went to this place on Saturday night, but it was closed by 9.

Street Girls:

The street girls were in two main areas and they arrived on station around 10 pm:

*Extension of Arce Street, Colonia Flor Blanca behind the Puma Roosvelt gas station.

*San Miguelito neighborhood 9 Poniente street and av. Spain, one block down from Las Vegas club.

Escorts:

I had no time whatsoever to bring in an escort.

Final thoughts on San Salvador:

It was a seeking putas and eating good food trip. I thought the city was quite safe and I never felt threaten in any manner. I was completely impressed with how clean and safe that city has become! Would I ever return to San Salvador? Nah, three times was quite enough. Overall, I had a great time! Would I recommend it to other mongers? Absolutely!
