Well that's easy. There are enough not so hot ones that start of at a cheap place like some bar in el Centro and then move up to other places, why wouldn't that happen? But a really hot one knows her worth, she's not going to sell her pussy for 40 k at some dirty bar in El Centro. Well I just had a less satisfying experience at Loutron. I was there at peak hour (Friday around 18:00) so a lot of girls were occupied. Posts by anonymous strangers about what nameless girls allegedly told them aren't proof of anything. Anyone can post anything but that doesn't mean that it is true. Someone just posted that Bangkok freelancer bar Thermae Cafe has been closed for years but that is easily proven to be false. Guys say that some nameless girl told them that she used to work at El Centro and now she works in Parque Llerras. He posted it so it must be true, right? It may be the case that he was told that by the girl (which may or may not have happened) but you don't know whether the girl is telling him the truth because there are no names. Well, as I said before, I don't know a single girl that used to charge 40 k pesos and now charges 400 k or 1 million or whatever, because they never worked casas or El Centro streets and were smart enough not to sell themselves short. These girls have never been desperate enough to charge 40 k. I have met girls who used to charge, let's say, 300-350 around the pandemic or shortly after, and now charge double or even triple, but the reason for that is the booming of passport bros movement and tourism in general. Everything is up, rents, food, etc. No wonder they start charging more. Also, the 8's to 10's market is extremely small and inefficient, the rates are all over the place (but generally high) and the girls are asking whatever they think they can get. There is very little supply of 8's and above, but high demand for them, therefore the rates are high, and have always been high relative to the rest of the market.
