HK is as safe as you make it. You are in mexico. You are in Tijuana, a notoriously dangerous city. You are in a sex club run by cartel drug runners. There are customers in the club who aren't the highest quality of citizens. Taken together, there will always be elements there that are dangerous.

However, if you keep a low profile, be respectful to others, don't do anything illicit, don't wander in areas well beyond the boundaries of the club in Tijuana, you should be fine.
