FWIW, the rate of incarceration of black women and white men is equal. When you compare black men to white women, the rate of incarceration is 100:1. As far as world empires go, the US has been pretty benevolent, supporting market economies and protection for our allies. Our economic system, though imperfect, is the best of the bunch. How Russia "feels" is irrelevant. They felt like violating the Budapest Memorandum that they agreed to by invading Ukraine and occupying land within their 1991 borders. They also felt like killing off all viable opponents to Putin.
